Winter / Spring 2019 Cooking Class Schedule
Nancy Madok is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and owner of Cucina Casa M. Please join her as she shares her love and knowledge of food in the intimate setting of her kitchen.
All classes require you to arrive by 9:50 AM so that classes can begin promptly at 10:00 AM with a comprehensive and interactive cooking demonstration, including an explanation of cooking techniques and terminology.
A complete three-course meal will be prepared, and then enjoyed in the dining room, accompanied by the perfect wine, of course!

We normally finish by 1:30 PM.
Each class is $65 due upon registration.
Classes hold a maximum of 16 people. Classes sell out quickly.
A full refund will be given for cancellations made by 8am Monday the week of class.
